We are a North Wales based manufacturer of heavy-duty timber planters, handcrafted by us in Flintshire for homes, businesses and commercial outdoor spaces across the UK.

Every planter we supply is built by us in Flintshire, North Wales. We focus on straightforward, robust construction using quality timber and proper fixings, producing planters designed to stand up to everyday outdoor use in gardens, hospitality venues and commercial settings.
WHY OUR PLANTERS ARE DIFFERENT
45MM HEAVY-DUTY 6x2 TIMBER
Our heavy-duty range is built using substantial 6x2 and 4x2 timber approximately 45mm thick. That’s around twice the thickness of the 6x1 timber commonly used for lighter-duty planters, giving our planters greater strength, rigidity and a much more substantial feel.
SCREWED. NEVER NAILED.
Our planters are assembled using screws rather than nails, creating stronger, more secure joints and allowing individual components to be replaced if ever required. It takes longer to build them this way, but we believe it produces a better finished planter.
STANDARD OR BESPOKE
Alongside our standard planter sizes, we can build bespoke timber planters to suit a particular space or project. Different lengths, widths and heights can be produced for everything from private gardens to pub frontages, beer gardens, restaurants, hotels and larger commercial schemes.
MADE IN FLINTSHIRE
North Wales Planters is based in Flintshire, where our timber planters are built by us rather than bought in and resold. Building locally gives us control over the materials, construction and finish of every planter that leaves us.
